Origin
Discovered in February 1839 by Balleny who named it for W Borradaile, one of the seven London merchants who joined with Charles Enderby in sending out the expedition. Not Borradaille Island or Borradalie Oya
Description
An island in the Balleny Islands. It is 4km from northwest to southeast, 2.6km from northeast to southwest, and approximately 6km southeast of Young Island.
